We will continue to follow CDC protocol and social distance at all field trips.  This will be a field trip to Smithers Park with an optional visit to the Orange Show next door.

We will meet at Smither Park at 9:00 a.m. The park opens at dawn and the artists start to 'work' about 10:00 a.m. Arriving at 9:00 a.m. will give us a chance to photograph their work before they get started and possible their set up.

Tickets for the Orange Show must be purchased on line ahead of your visit.

If you would like to join us, please email me at judogal@att.net  and I will create a sign-up sheet since our general meetings are still not in-person. I also will create the Facebook page event about the first of June. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email me at judogal@att.net .

Hope to see you on this trip!

4TH OF JULY

Wherever you like to photograph fireworks

Sunday, July 4, 2021

Fee: Free

Untitled photo

July is a hot and busy month for many of us so our TWPC July field trip will be to wherever you like to photograph fireworks on July 4, 2021.

It seems that many places will resume their July 4th firework displays this year. Hopefully there will be a beautiful display near you. These can be a local display or if you happen to be on vacation somewhere that has a display, you can still participate.

After you take your photos, please post at least one on our Facebook page to show that you participated.

If you think you will participate, please let me know at judogal@att.net and I will create a sign-up sheet. Even if you don't 'sign up' ahead of time I will check our Facebook page for anyone who decides at the last minute. Have fun and a Happy July 4th!
